生活在繁囂的都市中,外界不斷在擾亂。如果我們的心不安住,人便容易感到繁亂、緊張、不安。我們可能會越來越不瞭解自己,莫視了自己真正的需要,人際關係疏離。

通過打坐(亦即禪修),我們可以把習慣專注外界的心拉回來,慢慢地放輕鬆,回到當下,讓身心安寧、自在、喜樂。讓我們聆聽自己心靈的聲音,從而修復自己和內心的關係,繼而修復自己和外在的關係,讓我們和諧共處,人和大自然共融共存。

Mind.Sitting is a non sectarian group providing a safe and supportive space for LGBTQ people in Hong Kong to share our spiritual practice together.

Since November 2006, our Queer Meditation Group had been having meditation gatherings on a regular basis.
